Terms of Use

1The service

DBM Host is an Android app that runs Discord bots you provide, directly on your own phone. The website lets you download the app and handles your account and plan.

DBM Host is not affiliated with Discord Inc. "Discord" is a trademark of Discord Inc.

2Your account

You log in with your Discord account. You are responsible for what happens with your account and for keeping your phone secure. Tell us on our Discord server if you think someone else is using it.

3Your bots

You are fully responsible for the bots you run with DBM Host: their code, their tokens and what they do on Discord. Your bots must follow Discord’s Terms of Service and Developer Policy.

You must not use DBM Host to run bots that:

• spam, raid, scam or harass people;
• collect other people’s data without their consent;
• contain malware or try to harm a phone, a server or a network;
• break the law or anyone’s rights.

4DBM Points and Premium

The Free plan costs nothing and has limits on the number of bots, CPU, RAM and storage. Premium raises these limits for a number of days, unlocked with DBM Points. The exact limits and prices are shown on the Pricing and DBM Points pages.

DBM Points are a virtual currency for DBM Host only. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, transferred to another account or used outside DBM Host. They do not expire. There is no subscription: nothing renews by itself.

Payments are processed by Xsolla, which acts as the seller of the points and whose terms also apply to your purchase. Purchases are final once the points have been delivered, except where the law gives you a right to a refund. If a payment is refunded or reversed, the matching points are removed.

5Availability

Your bots run on your phone, so they stay online only while your phone is on, connected to the internet and allowed to run apps in the background. We do not guarantee any uptime, and we may update or pause the service to improve it.

6Our content

The DBM Host app, website, name and logo belong to us. You may not copy, resell or redistribute them without our permission. Your bots and their code stay yours.

7Liability

DBM Host is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for lost data, lost bot activity, phone battery use, or any damage caused by bots you run. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.

8Ending your use

You can stop using DBM Host at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, especially for abuse on Discord.

9Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top of this page and tell you in the app for important changes. If you keep using DBM Host after that, you accept the new terms.

10Law and contact

These terms are governed by French law. If there is a dispute, we will first try to solve it with you directly on our Discord server.
